Codilis and Associates's profile

ISBA - New Lawyers Navigate the Profession Mentorship

A law firm that offers a range of legal services, including litigation, home equity, and foreclosure, Codilis & Associates has expanded to five states since its launch in the late 1970s. Today, Codilis and Associates comprises lawyers who belong to several bar associations, including the Illinois State Bar Association (ISBA).

ISBA is a professional organization that advances the administration of justice and those who work in the legal profession. ISBA assists new attorneys through its Lawyer-to-Lawyer Mentoring Program, which matches ISBA lawyers with attorneys admitted to the bar.

A year-long initiative, Lawyer-to-Lawyer Mentoring Program provides attorneys access to professional guidance and mentor-mentee relationship. Lawyers can also get up to six continuing education credits at the end of the year. These credits can also be used in place of the new MCLE requirement of one credit hour Diversion & Inclusion PMCLE and one credit hour of Mental Health/Substance Abuse continuing education.
